PAMM账户，即百分比分配管理模式( Percentage AllocationManagement Module，又或percent allocation money management– 维基百科)，账户管理将被视为一个“集合”资金，交易及相关盈利/亏损、利息及佣金均会依比例分配，账户经理会按照与投资者约定的比例来从中抽取相应的报酬。一些投资者因为时间以及不会操作等原因，就会选择开设PAMM账户，让专业的交易员来代其打理账户。此外，不同账户采用一致交易策略和杠杆比率的资金管理者一般会使用PAMM账户。当然，并不是每个经纪商都会提供PAMM账户。
PAMM账户的组成是由PAMM Trader(PAMM交易者)和PAMM investors(PAMM投资者)与 VIP 外汇经纪商的一般交易体验 组成，在没有 PAMMinvestors(PAMM投资者)的情况，依然可以运转。即PAMM账号中PAMM Trader(PAMM交易者)和PAMM investors(PAMM投资者)与 VIP 外汇经纪商的一般交易体验 与 VIP 外汇经纪商的一般交易体验 共同承担账号内资金风险，大部平台的PAMM只有在盈利的情况下，才付给PAMM Trader(PAMM交易者)Performance fee(回报/管理薪酬)。
与PAMM相对的是LAMM账户，即批组（手数）分配管理模式(LAMM，Lot Allocation Management Module)，如果说PAMM是以百分比来分配交易的部分，LAMM则是以交易“手数”为单位。账户将透过一个管理接口，每个账户均被视为一个独立个体，LAMM名下的账户是只读账户，客户不可以自行交易。由于资金经理对每一个客户的账户进行单独管理, 因此不同顾客的保证金、损益以及一些其他费用会有差异。
MAM，也就是多账户管理系统（Multi Account Manager），账户相当于一个主账户，下面有若干个跟随账户，他们之间是相互独立的，是一种跟单形式。投资者只需输入交易总手数，系统便会按照投资者选择的分配方式执行交易，把交易手数自动分配给不同的个人投资者。账户管理者通过单一交易账户，便可快捷、有效和准确地为多个投资者进行交易。
Prime of prime主要是清算服务，而FIX API则是流动性的接口。
零售外汇经纪商开账户分两种情况，直接在自己的银行PB（prime broker）那里开户，或者在LP(liquidity provider)那里开账户，LP再在其清算银行那里开立清算账户。
比如ADS需要在其清算银行法国巴黎银行BNP PARIBAS那里开立账户，GMI则在其清算商CFH Clearing那里开立账户，CFH Clearing在其清算银行法国巴黎银行BNP PARIBAS和Jefferies开立账户。
